111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Non-urgent advice: Join our Patient Group

In October 2011, we set up our Patient Particition Group. The Group is an oppportunity for patients to be more involved in the range and quality of services provided by the surgery, and to give their views on what the areas of priority are, and where they can be improved. It will also give patients a chance to help ensure services are responsive to needs, and to be a voice for the needs of our patients. 

So far, the meetings we have already had have been very constructive, and suggestions have been made by members that we have already put in place.

We are always looking for new members who are willing to give a small amount their time, usually on a Tuesday evening every 3 months or so, who would like to be a proactive partner to the surgery and not just a passive recipient of the care we provide.
